Booking Terms and Conditions


Full payment is taken at time of booking. You will also be asked if you have any dietary requests or allergies. Please ensure any requests and information are given to us prior to visiting, it is your responsibility that we have the correct information regarding this.

We may occasionally take photographs or videos of our courses/events for promotional use. If you would rather not be included in this, please let us know at the start of the course/event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unable to attend the course/event, our policy is as follows:
More than 4 weeks notice – full refund
Less than 4 weeks notice – no refund

You are very welcome to pass your place to a friend or family member, all we ask is that you notify of us of the change with their name, contact details and dietary information.

If we have to cancel a course/event, a full refund will be given.
