Open Garden Days
No change of dates or refunds; however you are welcome to pass to a family member or friend.
Workshops
If for any reason you are unable to attend the course/event, our policy is as follows:
More than 4 weeks notice – full refund
Less than 4 weeks notice – no refund
You are very welcome to pass your place to a friend or family member, all we ask is that you notify of us of the change with their name, contact details and dietary information.
If we have to cancel a course/event, a full refund will be given.
Bookings
Full payment is taken at time of booking.
If you are attending a workshop, you will be asked if you have any dietary requests or allergies. Please ensure any requests and information are given to us prior to visiting, it is your responsibility that we have the correct information regarding this.
We may occasionally take photographs or videos of our courses/events for promotional use.
Accessibility
We are sorry but no dogs are allowed.
Children to be supervised at all times, hazards of deep water and dry canals. Unfortunately, wheelchair access is not possible due to slopes and uneven, cobbled pathways throughout the garden.

Parking is in the field, a short walk to the gardens, this includes a flight of steps – if this is too much or you are a blue badge holder please let us know at the entrance gate before parking.
We are not able to take large coaches into our village due to the extremely narrow lanes. The field is not suitable for coaches or minibuses. For private group visits please contact us for further details.
